Please manually turn on auto tracking function on APP camhipro. Why does the auto tracking security camera keep rebooting? It's issues of power supplying, please check: 1. POE switch protocol requirements: POE standard IEEEE802.3AF (port 15.4W) and IEEE802.3AT (port 25.5W). 2. If it is a non -standard switch, too many equipments will lead to insufficient power supply. It is recommended to remove the excess device to connect one or two cameras to see if there is a restart at night; 3. At the same time the network cable should not be too long, you can put the poe switch close to your camera to test. Why does the spotlight security camera has no color vision? The light sensor of the outdoor ip camera is in an unobvious site (Little black hole on the camera's bracket), please put the night vision camera in a proper site then confirm the light sensor can induction light source well.
